All participants must have a signed waiver on file before attending any class.

You must be 18 years or older to attend class on your own. If you are between 14 and 17 years old, you may attend with a parent or guardian present, and a signed waiver is required.

The doors lock at the start of class, and late entry is not allowed. If it's your first time attending, please arrive 15 minutes early to get set up.

Grip socks are required for all classes. You may bring your own or purchase a pair from the studio.

To avoid a late cancellation fee of $15, please cancel at least 8 hours before class begins. No-shows will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations must be made through the enCORE app or website. We do not accept cancellations over the phone, via text, or email.

If you are on the waitlist, please be prepared to attend class. You may be added to the class up to 1 hour before it starts. If you are added to the class, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.

*If you’ve opted out of texts and emails, you won’t receive notifications about being moved off the waitlist. If you would like to keep those preferences, we recommend checking your waitlist status directly in the app.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Class packs must be used within the active billing cycle, and unused classes do not roll over. Only one class is allowed per day.

Monthly autopay memberships may be frozen for up to 30 days. To request a freeze, please email info@encorelagree.com.

enCORE reserves the right to cancel any class at any time, whether due to weather, instructor emergencies, or other studio needs. If enCORE cancels a class, no fees will be charged.

Please notify your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class begins. Modify movements as needed for your safety.
