Experience 50 minutes of full-body intensity on the Mega Pro, designed to challenge your strength, endurance, & focus. This low-impact workout uses spring-loaded resistance to sculpt & tone while protecting your joints & spine. This is our most offered class format!
Total Body Lagree
New to Lagree? Our Intro to enCORE class is the perfect place to start—learn the fundamentals of the method, get comfortable on the Megaformer, and experience the full-body intensity enCORE is known for.
Intro to Lagree
This class offers 25 minutes of high-intensity Lagree on the Mega Pro followed by 25 minutes of dynamic barre-inspired movement on the mat. Mega & Mat combines light weights & resistance bands to tone from head to toe, focusing on strength, balance, & flexibility.
Mega & Mat
Lagree & Yoga Fusion pairs the muscle-shaking intensity of Lagree with the mindful movement of yoga, led by a certified yoga instructor for a perfectly balanced workout that strengthens and restores.
Lagree & Yoga Flow
Cardio Sculpt is the ultimate fusion of 25 minutes on the Mega Pro to tone & lengthen, followed by 25 minutes of high-intensity interval training to build strength & stamina. This high-energy class combines low-impact resistance training with dynamic, full-body movements to push your limits & deliver total-body results.
